Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide when you place an order, create an account, contact us or subscribe to our emails (such as name, email, phone and delivery address) and use it only to process orders, provide support and — with your consent — send updates. We do not store card numbers or CVV; online payments are processed by our payment gateway.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

Location. At checkout you can choose “Use my current location” to fill in your delivery address. Your browser asks for permission first, and nothing is collected if you decline — you can always type the address instead. The location is used only to fill in and deliver your order, is visible only to our order team, and is deleted from the order after it is completed. The checkout map is provided by Google Maps and the address is looked up with OpenStreetMap (Google's privacy policy applies to the map).
